You can be safe in the knowledge that however involved you want to be, we’ve got everything covered for you.
We will erect a board if required, take photographs and measurements of rooms as well as advertising through On The Market, Zoopla and Right Move advertising your property through our own website, and through our popular social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. If you find a tenant elsewhere during the advertising process, we simply hand the keys back and walk away.
Clearly, we always look to secure you a tenant. All applicants will undergo a rigorous referencing process before we approach you for your approval to accept them as a tenant. Once we proceed to tenancy we charge a payment, which for ease is usually just deducted from the first months rent.
Should you opt for our Managed Service we can tailor make the right package for you with charges ranging from 6% to 12 % inclusive of VAT of the annual rent collected, paid monthly.
